para sa akin ang Wikang Filipino ay talagang napakahalaga, dahil dito nakikilala tayo na tayo talaga ay mga Filipino . Dapat natin itong tangkilikin at mahalin. Huwag natin itong talikuran bagkus ay ingatan. Mahalin natin ito at bigyan ng halaga dahil dito nakasalalay ang ating bansa at para narin magkaisa at magkaunawaan ang bawat Filipino . Tangkilikin natin ang Pambansang Wika, huwag magkagulo bagkus ay maging payapa . Itaguyod natin ang paggamit ng Pambansang Wika, mula Baler buong bansa .

Of course yes,I know to speak English because English is our International or Universal Languages .While Filipino is our National Language Speaking English is like an passport .Because if you don't know how to speak English you can not go to a place you want to visit . Just like speaking English, that if you don't know how to speak English,you can not understand other people .
We must speak English for our own good. We will be fluent and we will be smarter than others in speaking English. So we must "SPEAK ENGLISH OR FILIPINO".

Do you know what is proper nutrition ?Yes I know what is proper nutrition is. In our life we need proper nutrition. Because proper nutrition can protect us from many diseases for our own good. We need this also for our daily task and for our responsibilities.
Many of us are fun in drinking alcohols, smoking cigarrettes and taking drugs.We are also abusing our selves.Because of this problems many of the filipinos are die.Diseases can cause our death,because we are not giving ourselves an important.Drinking alcohols can give us a lung cancer and also the cigarrettes.At this stage, we must eat a healthy foods for our own protection from many diseases.Here are some of healthy foiods that can protect us from diseases;the GO,GROW and GLOW .This are the three basic needs .
